Christchurch Festival of Remembrance 2014

The Band hosted a concert in the historic Christchurch Priory, including the Pipes and Drums of the Scots Guard Association. Local standard bearers were also parading to the sound of the band, marching down the central aisle of the Priory.

Local harpist, Emily Rowell, opened the evening with several pieces of music having recently played for Prince Charles. The Priory was filling with the audience and other performers and the atmosphere was building to this memorial for the centenary year.
